Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 5 to 6 business days of you placing the order, as each order is hand made to size. All orders are sent via Australia Post. 
After fulfilling your order, international shipping can take up to 2 weeks to arrive to you. Domestic orders can take up to 1 week. 
During peak time, when we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please expect delays. 
Only International orders come with tracking, this will be sent to you via email. Packages may be faced with shipping delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. Expect delays due to COVID-19 restrictions.
